Exclude photos when copying inspection items

As a mobile app user, I'd like the option to exclude photographs when copying inspection items, to avoid accidentally creating two items with the same photos.

Excluding photos during the copy will force surveyors to re-take photographs and prevent this kind of mistake.

We think that images should be excluded by default, but can be included with a simple checkbox. This UI could be:

On the copy item screen, after tapping "Select All Items" we can add an "Include Images" checkbox
When selecting "Copy All Items", we can include a similar checkbox at the bottom of the "Copying Items" screen

I think perhaps the behaviour should be:

Exclude photos during copy (default behaviour)
Allow users to override the default behaviour and include photos if necessary

There are genuine cases where two inspection items may have the same photos, for example on the Ventilation Hygiene Cleanliness template where the surveyor might carry out multiple tests for the same inspection point

As a mobile app user, I'd like the mobile app to prompt new photos when copying inspection records, to stop me from accidentally using the same image for different inspection points.
