Ability to integrate Flow with any 3rd party software with a public API

As a dashboard user, I'd like to import data from a spreadsheet file with custom field mapping so that I can add historical jobs and reports to Flow.

In the dashboard, when selecting a Section View (for example in an inspection section), I'd like to only show specific columns. The reason being that some columns may be irrelevant for the type of QC activity I'm doing.

As someone who checks the quality of surveyors work within my company, I'd like to be able to audit and "annotate" an existing report, so that I can provide feedback to the person who completed the survey or external examination bodies such as UKAS. Ideally, I'd like a checklist of "tasks" to run through and provide comments on, for example: Scope of Works is included. Site Description is well written. Floorplans have legible labels. etc.

Currently, on the audit trail, it's not clear where a change was made. This means a bit of guesswork is required when figuring out events. Show whether changes were made on the Dashboard or the Mobile App.

Let me drop a "pin" on a schematic or floor plan to create an inspection item in that location. This would be a different approach to creating a survey, and the final report would have a neatly annotated floor plan.

Currently, when you're assigned to a job, you do not receive any notifications. This means you have to open the Flow Mobile Surveying app to see your workload for any given day. Send email notifications to users when they're assigned to a job.

When viewing a report preview, the report may have warnings related to specific inspection items. Highlight these inspection records on the dashboard with a warning sign to speed up the QC process.

At the moment, our current cherry-pick feature allows you to choose which Sections and Fields to copy, but not the exact items or records within a section. The next planned improvement would let users filter their selection further when copying a report. Instead of copying all items within a section , you’d be able to apply a filter to select only the relevant items you want. This improvement will make the 'Copy Report' feature more targeted and reduce the need to delete unnecessary items afterwards. Example: When copying an Asbestos Survey report, allow users to copy only the inspection items matching the specific filter: "WHERE suspect asbestos is checked"

In the dashboard, we want to archive multiple jobs at once to save us archiving jobs individually which may be time-consuming. Option 1 (Import): Import a comma-separated list of Flow Job ID's to be archived. Option 2 (Select): Select multiple jobs at once within the dashboard, then click 'archive all'
