Add compatability for HEIF/HEIC images
By default, iOS cameras capture photos in HEIF/HEIC formats, however these are not compatible with a wide range of software, including Flow Mobile Surveying. It would be good for the Flow Mobile Surveying app to be compatible with these file formats so iOS users don't have to change their camera capture settings to "Most Compatible" so images can be added from the device's gallery.

Client portal
As a Flow user, I want an online portal so that my clients can manage their estate, risks, outstanding tasks, and reports at their convenience. Feature suggestions: Colour coding for clients Remedial actions and dates Next inspection dates

Suggest addresses for clients
Suggest the address when you type in the client name. Using the current system, you either need two screens or two sessions with a split-screen to key in addresses for reinspections.

Limit dropdown options depending on previous selections
Limit the dropdown options shown, depending on the value of an earlier field. e.g. In a Risk Assessment form, the "Working Procedures" should be limited by the "Hazard" - to show only working procedures relevant to that hazard.

Scan QR codes to load item details
Having QR codes attached to assets / inspection points allows surveyors to scan the item into the system rather than type everything manually.

Calendar view for the dashboard (daily/weekly/monthly)
On the dashboard; include a calendar view for each user that shows the jobs assigned to them, and when they start/end. This will be helpful when scheduling jobs and to understand staff workload/availability. Ideally, the Flow calendar should also show jobs created in the user's 3rd party calendar such as outlook / Gmail, etc

Rename report cards in Job Reports to help identify individual reports of the same type
Sometimes multiple reports of the same type need to be added to a job. For example: Daily Air Test reports for a week long job Client has requested a separate report for each building on the site Client has requested a separate report for each floor of a block of flats All report cards will have the same name which makes it very hard to know which report relates to which part of the job, especially if there are a similar number of items on each report. Being able to rename, or otherwise indicate which report is which, would be a great improvement.

Allow users to cherrypick what data is included when copying reports
When copying reports for a re-inspection, I'd like to only copy specific inspection items rather than the entire report, so that I can re-inspect the areas of interest.

Search jobs list by 'Starts On' date
As a dashboard user, I want to be able to filter jobs by 'Starts On' date rather than just by 'Due On' date.

Copy inspection data between reports with "mapping"
As a dashboard user, I'd like to copy inspection records from one template and paste them into a template with a different data structure to move my data around in a flexible way. Use cases: When carrying out a re-inspection, the original report may have been created using an old template. For the re-inspection, I want to use the most up-to-date template. I want to copy data from one report to another. e.g. copy register data from an asbestos survey to an asbestos management plan. I want to copy data from an old report template (e.g. Asbestos Survey v3) to a new template (e.g. Asbestos Survey v4) where the data columns may have changed.
