The mobile app occasionally crashes when saving images (Android devices)
When saving images on the mobile app, the app sometimes crashes, causing the mobile device to restart. The issue occurs when confirming the acceptance of the photo. This is an intermittent issue affecting Android users. Temporary fix: Setting Media Uploads to "off" during the survey, then uploading images using WiFi after the survey, seems to reduce the number of crashes.
Images can't be rotated following PDF Import
When a PDF is imported the pages are automatically converted to individual images. However, a bug in the dashboard prevents images created in this way from being rotated using the Clockwise/Anti-clockwise buttons.
Job occasionally stays incomplete when all stages have been marked as complete
Every now and again, a job will not move into the completed jobs in the jobs list, even though all pipeline stages have been marked as complete.
Reports intermittently get stuck at 'loading' on the dashboard
We've identified an intermittent issue on the dashboard where reports get stuck at loading. This happens infrequently and we're investigating the root cause. How to fix manually: Until we deploy a permanent fix, you can manually fix the frozen report by following these steps: Edit the job with the loading report. Change the Client and Project (you can use any other client and project). Save the job. Revert the Client and Project back to the correct values. Save the job.
Samsung S20 Keyboards not deleting multiple characters
On the Samsung S20 keyboards, you can only delete one character at a time when holding down the delete button. The expected behaviour is that when you hold down the delete key, multiple characters should be deleted at once. Multi-character deleting works ok on other keyboards. Workaround: Until we get a permanent fix from our package provider, the workaround is to change your keyboard as follows: https://www.androidcentral.com/how-change-galaxy-s20-default-keyboard-gboard-or-swiftkey
