Excellent news, this will help massively when undertaking re-inspections by allowing us to pick only the asbestos items and areas of no access

Bumping this feature request as one of our clients has reports with a whopping 3000 inspection items. So it's impractical for them to manually edit the data when copying reports.

Hi Paul, is there any progress with this one?
Andrew Houghton
Debbie Hales: Hi Debbie, the short answer is 'not yet'.
We're concentrating on an improved dashboard at the moment (almost ready!) and will be developing advanced scheduling features as a priority after that. If you'd like a chat about this and any other feature requests let me know and I'll give you a call.

I think the default behaviour should be to NOT include photos when copying reports, but allow users to override this behaviour with a checkbox to "include photos" if necessary.
e.g. The same way that 'Copy Item' works on the mobile app.

Hi Paul, yes for reinspections. I may be incorrect if using the platform in which case I apologise.
If there is or can be a way to copy only positive items it would make life a lot simpler when preparing for a reinspection survey.
Paul King
Scott Sunstrum: Perfect thanks for clarifying, Scott. Yes, this is definitely the correct feature request. I'll make sure I count your vote on this one

Yes, this would make life a whole lot easier.
Paul King
Scott Sunstrum: Thanks for the feedback, Scott.
What's the specific use case where this feature would make your life easier?
Are you copying reports for re-inspection purposes or some other reason?

Paul King Sorry, bit late back to the party! When copying data across from say a management survey for the 1st re-inspection, it can take an eternity to manually delete each entry that isn't required, location notes/negative items and so on.
Also, If I want to 'break' a report down for a client into mini surveys of the site, again, it can take hours to manually delete unwanted data for each survey.
The ability to copy selected items, rather than the whole report or if this isn't possible a 'bulk' delete option would help with my sanity!!
