Remember previous values that have been added for a report, and show them in the lookups.

e.g. If I've added Sample ID's 001, 002, 003, I should be able to see these if I click the Sample ID field.

We're updating text inputs and comboboxes so that all previous values appear in the options list.
We'll also show how many times each value has been used in the report. This will be useful for various scenarios.
