Ian Smith: Thanks Ian, I think it's a fair improvement over the last one. Nothing major, just lots of little changes. Additional fields for the access doors etc should be pretty useful though.

I've completed work on our new Fire and Smoke Damper Maintenance v2 template. This improves navigation and makes remedial works easier.

I've summarised the improvements below:

Mobile App:

Tree view for better navigation.
Thumbnail image on the inspection list shows the extra photo (our clients often used this as a contextual photo) with a fallback to the initial damper photo.

Data Collection:

Improvements:

Subheadings to group fields logically making them easier to read.
Simplified the options for comments and remedial actions.

New fields and conditional logic:

Damper Size.
Damper Manufacturer.
System Type.
Access Panels (Required or Fitted).
Access Panel Notes.

Report Improvements:

New summary section for access panels.
Additional fields

Maybe more photographs could be added as evidence of non conformity.

Also a box to state the size of the ductwork that is connected to the fire damper.
