Different from the hazardous waste note for asbestos but similar.
The government website has a template, but it would be nice to have something on Flow. This would significantly help eliminate the repetitiveness of typing/writing addresses. This is something we generally add as an attachment at present.

This would be great if in conjunction with the statement of cleanliness??

Ian Wakeham: Thanks Ian; do you currently fill in waste transfer notes like this within your business? If so, is it something you need to do regularly?
Paul King
Hi Chris, this is potentially something we'd build for Flow's template library. Can you send a link to the template on the government website?

Whoops sorry Chris Johnson, I accidentally deleted your comment.
I've had a look at the Government example you sent:
Is it a legal requirement that you write and keep these notes? And under what circumstances do you need to complete them?

Paul King: My understanding is it's a legal requirement to keep these for minimum 2 years whenever waste is removed from a site and it's not considered hazardous eg. asbestos. The site below has some decent information but I'll scan across an example of our current forms.
Essentially its 4 sections:
1) What it is and how much there is
2) Who 'produced' it and where you're taking it from
3) Who is taking it away
4) Where it's going to
