Long job notes prevent you from adding report data on the mobile app

On the mobile app, the report screen doesn't have a scrollbar. So when the notes are very long, they take up all the space, and you can't view/update the report sections at the bottom of the screen.

Temporary workaround: Make your notes more compact (a few lines at most).

v1.0.47 of the mobile app is being published with this feature in place. Should land in the app-store in the next couple of days.

We'll address this bug in the next release of the mobile app.

I can see this being a problem with long addresses too.

There are several ways we can make this work better:

Stop the job from sticking to the top of the screen - you could just scroll past it
Only show a little of the job in the preview, then tap to expand/show a popup with more details.

I'll experiment with both to see which works the best.
