Import PDF Improvements

New fixes and improvements for importing PDF files.
The Import PDF feature for attachments has always been great, but we wanted to give it some love and take it to the next level.
Fixes and improvements include:
Ability to set the Type
 for all pages - woohoo!
Thumbnails now render properly; previously, they all showed page 1.
Clicking a page is now more reliable; this was a bit flaky when loading page data.
PDFs with just one page are automatically selected.
This should be an excellent time-saving feature for our clients :)
Enjoy!
