Ability to restrict dashboard access so specific users can only see jobs assigned to them

I may need to give a user Dashboard access to QC and print reports - but I don't want them to see every job on the Dashboard.
Add a new permission:
"Only show assigned jobs"
This permission would restrict what users see when they log into the Dashboard. e.g. When the user views the jobs list, they only see jobs assigned to themselves.

Another great idea. Otherwise potential to steep clients if using sub contractors. Would be great if this feature also hid the cost of the job.
