Presets will make it quicker to create repetitive data by defining them up-front.

When inspecting a Cold Water Storage Tank you must make a fixed number of observations. Currently, the surveyor must enter each of these manually; it is time-consuming and prone to error.
With presets, the surveyor can select a
preset
and multiple items will be created at once. They can then review each item, make notes and take photos. The preset will be managed via the dashboard.You can imagine other uses for this:
- 4-Stage Clearances - work area observations
- Kitchen Grease Surveys - default inspection points
- Asbestos Housing Surveys - an entire building
- Fire Risk Assessments - risks in a category

The ability to add presets will be available in v1.0.66 of the mobile app. But it will be limited to specific templates at first, for exa,mple our upcoming Legionella template.
Once this feature has been tested and we've collected some feedback, we'll allow users to create their own presets for any template.
