Include an Audit Trail within Flow, to register every action, event, or activity a user (or the system) made to your data.
An Audit Trail will ensure that surveys are conducted accurately and truthfully - and provide a historical record of events to the relevant management personnel or accreditation bodies.
The audit trail may include:
- What was changed.
- Who made the change.
- When the change happened.
- Before and after values.
The audit trail must be searchable. @Mark Malone has insights on the value of this.
