Auto-grow text boxes

On a standard Text input, when there's lots of text, the text box remains on one line which makes it difficult to see all of the contents.
You currently need to scroll left and right within the text box to see all of the text, which is a pain.
Make the text box auto-grow, so the height changes depending on the contents.

In the new dashboard, text boxes automatically auto-expand to show all of the text.
