It would be useful to import an existing PDF report to automatically pre-populate the register when creating a new report in Flow Mobile Surveying.

This would support a number of common scenarios, including:

* Starting work from a legacy PDF report created before the client adopted Flow Mobile Surveying.

* Onboarding a new client who is switching from a competitor and only has historical PDF reports, with no access to the original digital register.

By extracting the existing register from the PDF, surveyors can avoid manually recreating ACM records, saving time while maintaining continuity with previous inspections.
