User related messages, attachments and private notes

We'd like to have a "User Chat" that can include any number of messages and attachments for our staff to use.

Examples of how it may be used:

Certificates (e.g. Training)
Accreditations
Equipment
Expiry dates

Private messages could be used for internal communications.

Paul, this would be ideal and essential when undertaking the quality review. It would provide communication back to the surveyor for any changes that would be required to finalize the reports and it would also allow other staff to know exactly where the report is sitting in the overall process i.e. report sent back to surveyor for changes 11/11/21. it would be even better if it could record whoever enters the comments and the date and time they were made for audit purposes

The ability to communicate changes to your team for specific reports will be covered when we release job-related messages, attachments, and private notes - and this will become an integral part of the upcoming Client Portal feature.
We've already made good progress on developing an Audit Trail, too. But it's not available to our clients yet as there are a few loose ends to tidy up.
