As a surveyor I want to be notified of any data which will be lost if I make changes to a section of a report.
For example:
When completing Asbestos Survey v4 > Inspection a Location
or
an Item can be selected.If the inspection item is saved with location notes, I then access it and change it to Item and save, the location notes are removed.
