Hi everyone, I've finalised the Fire Risk Assessment v5 template now.

As you can tell by the "v5" it's taken quite a few iterations, but I've settled on a structure and report that I'm happy with:

PS. Having done a few mock surveys myself, I found the process pretty slick, especially when using Preset and Quick Fill features.
