An updated version of the Fire & Smoke Damper Maintenance template that includes additional fields for remedial actions. e.g. Access Doors and Fire Damper specifications (Make, Model, etc)

Create a standard template for carrying out mask checks. This should include face fit checks, filter checks, etc

Create a template for ladder checks to ensure ladders are safe to use.

When an ACM has been removed, it would be useful to indicate the following: Removed status (checkbox would be ok) Removed date Removal contractor This will be helpful for the person reading the report, who may need follow up with the relevant removal contractors. This will also make it clearer when comparing two reports (e.g. one before and after the removal works) to show what's changed.

Create a new template for Wood Recycling reports. Detail - Following withdrawal of Regulatory Position Statement (RPS) 250 (effective from 1st September 2023) hazardous and potentially hazardous waste wood items from pre-2007 structures or waste classed as Grade D wood waste will need to be segregated and marked as hazardous waste - may contain copper, chrome, arsenic, or creosote. These items will not be able to be sent to wood recyclers unless they are sent for a test to demonstrate that they are not hazardous.

Different from the hazardous waste note for asbestos but similar. The government website has a template, but it would be nice to have something on Flow. This would significantly help eliminate the repetitiveness of typing/writing addresses. This is something we generally add as an attachment at present.
